Compana Pet Brands is committed to providing high-quality products to help people and their companions live happier, healthier lives together.  That is why we proudly stand behind our products and quality controls for all of our brands.

If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, please contact us at the respective brand page link below. Please have the following information available: (1) product subject to the guarantee claim, (2) reason for dissatisfaction, and (3) receipt of other proof of purchase.

Compana reserves the right to request the packaging and remaining portion of the product subject to the claim depending on the issues cited. To that end, you may be required to mail the unused portion of the product back to Compana under a return request issued by Compana. Do not mail products to Compana without a return request, and please note that you may be responsible for the mailing costs. 

 

Guarantee Guidelines

We reserve the right to verify or request additional information, require valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee.  We may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.

 

Please note that we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States and claims must be made within 45 days from the date of purchase.
