PARENTAL LEAVE

Employees welcoming a new child are eligible for up to four weeks of paid leave to spend with their growing family!

PAID TIME OFF

All work and no play is a big bummer for your pets. Employees are eligible for paid vacation days and sick time while also receiving two personal holidays per year. Compana also observes eight holidays. We take real vacations to get away and use our flexible work from home policy to get stuff done.
